Hello to all
K is a father of A,B,C,D after K's death the property which is purchased/owned by K is distributed among his four sons A,B,C,D. In the year 2006 all four sons sold the property and get their share. The property is sold out through development agreement, wherein the development agreement it is clearly mentioned that each owner i.e.A, B, C,D will get 2 flats from the said sold property. Now, one of the son A distribute his share between him and his two sons, but he did not give anything to his two daughters. Daughters also asking their share from father. as they are coparceners they are entitled to get their share. But if father is alive and he devolved his share between him and his two sons, can the two daughters are entitled to get their share?

HAI TO YOU!
You need to tell whether two sons and two daughters of A were born to A in the life time of K and whether K died intestate?

Dear Sirs
Respectfully I am of the view that it makes no difference that when the daughters born.
They are entitled if they are Mitakshra Hindu.

I do endorse the advice of Agarwal. There is no relevance of the year of birth of those daughters in Mitakshra Hindu family.
