I just wanted to know whether this act, "The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act, 1948" and "The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act, 1948 (Gujarat)" is the same act?
I have been trying to get the bare act of "The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act, 1948" online but haven't been able to come across.

It is really surprising to note as on the following page full text of the Act with all amendments is available in pdf form with a heading like"The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 (Gujarat)
[ Act, No. LXVII of 1948]1
[28th December, 1948 ]"

the site just shows some extracts of relevant clauses.
Mr. Singh the site u refer to opens
up at "The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act, 1948 (Gujarat)". I didn't want the Gujarat Act.
Take me back to my query..:-)
