mentaly harassment in job

I was working as a clerk in unaided cbse school and terminated from my job & i get stay from high court. Now i joined my duty as pet court stay order and case is in proces .but the school management not willing to keep me on duty. They are not giving me any work on my duty and refused to entire staff to talk to me. How can i do my duty in this situation and what legal action can be taken against them.

Nothing can be done against management in the given circumstances except ensuring the execution of interim order passed by High Court.
