1. what is limit for director remuneration for public limited company and private limited company.

2. is it compulsory intimation req. to ROC or MCA for payment of Director Remuneration.

3. what is maximum limit of director remuneration.

Are you an MD, Director or a Company Secretary?

If you own a company, may be in any position, either your CA or Company Secretary should be well aware of the provisions of the Company Law or you need to hire services of some expert on the guidance of which you can run the company, as the company can well afford to hire services of some consultants.

Also, if you are a student, classroom exercises should not be expected to be solved here.

However, if you have some personal problem , you are welcome tp post, but with straight and clear description of specufic problem.
