We are manufacturing MRP products and puting MRP stickers ' MRP Rs.100/-'
The Legal metrology officials visited our factory and saying the stickers is not correct and issued notice. According to them sticker should contain wordings 'inclusive of all taxes'.
Please advice and tell me how serious is this offence

In the notice they have written "in the said packages MRP declared is not qualified as the words INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES as required by Rule 2 of packaged commodties rules 2011 with reference to Legal Metrology act 2009 not mentioned and this amounts to voilation of Act an Rules".
What could be the penalty and charges can the department can impose on us.
