hi,
i own a flat in bangalore which is in my name.i want it to transfer to my wife's name.what is procedure and any options if available.

execute a gift deed in favour of your wife . have the document duly stamped and regd

You can go for registered sale deed or a gift deed. Sale deed would attract more stamp duty.
