a case filed by the op at state forum has been dismissed with cost of Rs.5000.00

subsequently,during the filing of rp at ncdrc,as per their directions,op deposited the cost of rs.5000.00 at the state forum.The national forum dismissed the rp without any cost.

a) is the complainant/petitioner at the district forum entitled to get this cost awarded by the state forum?

b) if entitled,how to get this payment from the state forum? what is the procedure?

Take the order file it before district forum and execute there

Apply before the distt. forum with a copy of the decision.

has the order of state comission imposing cots of Rs 5000 set aside . necessary to go through the order passed by national commission

the awarded cost of rs.5000.00 has been deposited at the state forum.

since the money is lying at the state forum,situated at a different place away from the cdrf,will I be able to get the same from cdrf?>

You shall have to get the same from the place wherein the same is deposited.
