We are about 15 tenants and our old landlord have sold his property to a new landlord and the new landlord has declared dhokadayak stating that it is unrepairable and he is asking for the NOC of the tenants family members. We are in a state of confusing as we had a discussion with a lawyer earlier about this case and he is telling that he has been hired by the same new landlord for some other property. So you seek some other lawyer for your final settelement.
