Land agreement

dear sir/madam,

i have done a land agreement in 2010 but front party did'nt did registry with in the agreement date. but before 3 days ago he send a medical notice that he was in hospital. after 2 year he send a pleader notice for the same.
is it legal or not?
please send the suggestion.

Please give full particulars of the case i.e., what type of agreement did you execute, what are the terms and conditions of the agreement, what is the consideration, where is the property situated, what is the type of property?
