My Cosuin .had a insurance policy before marriage ,and since 5 yrs she had a divorce case and now the case is dispose off, the reason of dispose was her husband was not comming and the laywer also dint guide her properly.

now when she wants to terminate her policy they are demading proof,she has pan card which she made after marriage..
what should be done so in future she may not face any trouble

Marriage certificate should be kept handy.
If divorced, then divorce decree.

insurance company would be your best guide . if you are divorced then divorce decree . if married then marriage certificate

1. For terminating her Insurance policy, what proof has been demanded by the insurance Company?

2. If they require identity proof, then her PAN card is a valid document for the said purpose.
