Oral agreement

How an oral agreement can be proved ? Generally, when we avail services of local property dealers, there is no written agreement between the client and local property dealer. But when a deficiency in service arises, how can the client prove it in the court / consumer court etc. Thanks

hence always advisable to enter into written agreement . for proving oral agreement you would need testimony of witness who were present at that time

Oral agreement can be proved by witnesses who may testify to witness such agreement to happen in their presence.
