Hello
I am a 01-01-1990 born in Kashmir,as per my Original Birth Certificate.
I had a passport when i was a kid which expired and I applied for my new passport on 27-10-2010.
My 10th marksheet had an error of DOB which was mentioned as 04-04-1990.I completed my 10th in 2006,by the end of 2009,I needed to change my DOB written in the 10th and 12th marksheet.But according to CBSE rules any change can be made only within two years of the 10th Examination.Now After my application
for re-issue of passport has been pending,since 2010.Kindly suggest a way!

Is your application for renewal of pass port is still pending? If so what is the date of birth you have written in the renewal application. You have two proofs of your DOB - one your original birth certificate and the other your 10th class certificate. You produce the relevant birth certificate to the pass port authorities. What is the problem you are facing?

Sir my 10th class certificate has a DOB of 04-04-1990,whereas my earlier passport and original dob has a DOB of 01-01-1990.
And my case of passport is not getting through
Please suggest a way to proceed?

As per passport authorities, if a person is born after 1989, they require original birth certificate, for passport to get issued.
And on my birth certificate, DOB is 01 Jan 1990.
But on my 10th pass certificate, my DOB is 04 April 1990.
Also, I already had a passport that had expired which had DOB as 01 January 1990.
Now, If I file a passport application, then my Birth Certificate and 10th Pass certificate DOB do not match.
So my passport application is still pending.
Please suggest me a way, that i can either get a birth certificate of 04 April 1990, or can get all of my certificates(10th pass, etc), changed to 01 January 1990.

File a writ or suit against CBSE to change your DOB in tune of your birth certificate if they are not ready to change it due to their in house time bar of two years.

Agreed with Mr.Prabhakar Singh. You can impress upon CBSE for relaxing their own self-imposed rule giving full facts of the case. Otherwise you can file a suit against CBSE.
