DEAR SIR,
That my daughter sonam age 16.5 year d.o.b 8.8.94 is kidnapped from my house on 18/05/13 fir no 247/18/5/13 is filed by us at police station city fatehabad u/s 363/366A/120B against Rahul jain s/o anil jain r/o braut caste cristion and Punjab singh @ padri @pastor caste rai sikh or now cristion r/o ayalki fatehabad now r/o church bahtia colony fatehabad
Sho mark this io sita ram to gurunanak pura chonki fatehabad for investigate the matter and recovery of girl
Sita ram i.o investigate the matter he setting up with padri Punjab singh AND NOT ARESTED TO so for we request so for many times to sita ram and sho city gorav sharma but nothing is happened on our request
After this we application to sp fatehabad many time for arrest to Punjab singh and about setting of i.o sita ram with Punjab singh but sp also have not taken any action on this matter
2- That on the date 23-5-13 police called a panchayat in the city police station in the panchayat Punjab singh calleted the some ladies for support him in the panchayat one lady have cut their own cloths with association of Punjab singh and allaged to us so for for think that for cross case on us but ho and she not succeed in their plan because panchayat is present in the city police station
That on the 26/5/13 some people of Punjab singh giroh have attack for kill to me at my home then I m onle one peron is present at my home
He attack by group of 8-10 peoples with bricks and danda/lathi and he ½ % kill me then peoples from our ward come at my home all people they attack me jump from
Police fir number 262 26/5/13 is registred in city police station fatehabad about this
3- I am a poor man can not give money to police for solution of this matter but police have not any action in this matter due to setting I have lodge some complaint to high authorities of Haryana government dgp Haryana website num-harsamadhan.gov.in
Complaint num=DRGPO/E/2013/00124 SO for dgp have forward to sp for taken action and seek an reply from sp fatehabad

He file pre bai;application in the high court 30 july 2013 but is dismissed
He filed revisio petition in high court 30july 2013 but dismissed sate date from high court
BUT POLICE HOW CAN CLEEN CHIT TO PUNJAB SINGH TO THEIR HIGH OAUTHORITIES TO MAKE FOOL WITHOUT SETTING WITH PUNJAB SINGH /OR WITHOUT BRIBE

BUT nothing is happened due to corrupt systems because all complaint these given by me comes for investigate/report in the police station then maked all report false and against their files in record and submit their repot false/against law/and against files of record or all report is gone to office record
In thr past 6 month police have not run one steps ago from complaint is given from me
Police have not transfer case to C.I.A for investigation on my lot of application
Now i have applyed for legal aid to high court for direction case in the high court please tell me what is option is in my hand to solve this case
