Regarding l.l.b.

(Querist) 12 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
what is meant by L.L.B.? and the difference between llb and B.L? if we done L.L.B. can we practice as a lawyer in any court?

LL.B is Baccularate in Lex Lebundum
B.L is Bachelor of Law. Both are same and in equal footing. Only nomenclature makes difference. Both degrees are eligible for enrolment as an Advocate. For example in Mumbai University MBA offered as MMS that's all.
