R/sir I put a istagaasa against a clerk for demanding bribe in the lower court with three witnesses . Now my case was on consideration from dated 16 Aug-2013 but on every date of next hearing the Honable Judge give me next date without any talk with my Advocate and this happens five times. So five times my case is running on consideration and no gurantee that my next date of hearing is 7-dec,2013 the Honable Judge again give me next date. Actually sir I am a Govt. employee and i attend the court proceeding with a loss of leave from my department and i got loss of one day salary that is Rs.1200/- per day. So please tell me the remedy of my problem.

if court is over burdened it will only adjourn the case . if judge has heavy board considering on various part heard cases it will adjourn your case . litigation is time consuming

Either bring your loss of salary etc to the court's notice and request the court to expedite hearing of your case without frequent adjournments failing which approach the state high court by filing a Writ and seeking a direction to the court below to stop adjourning the case for flimsy reasons and expedite hearing. Pray the court through your lawyer regarding your leave problems from your office. Adjournment depends upon the pending cases in the court.

Your are trying to clean up corruption in clerical staff in lower court by going to court and not to settle any problem of of your own. It is better if you call off your attempt rather than going through tough court procedures. Also whether you will succeed in your attempt is a big question.
