The property where I stay is slated for Redevelopment under dcr33(7).
A great portion of my compound falls under "Green Belt".
Is it possible to relocate this "Green Belt"?
There is a reservation for a Municipal Primary School. Can this Municipal School be relocated in the compound?

if property is slated for redevelopment plans have to be sanctioned by municipal corporation . if property is located in green belt consult a local architect as to what FSI would be granted for redevelopment.
in green belt there would be number of restrictions . appoint some consultants if you are going in for redevelopment . .
