Name difference in passport and marriage certificate

(Querist) 28 November 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

My wife name in all her certificates including passport has J Suganthi(short Name), but in her baptism certificate it is J Josephin Suganthi (Her full name), hence i have received the marriage certificate with her full name. If i want to update our passport's with my spouse name, what is the procedure for getting a certificate that J Suganthi and J Josephin Suganthi are same person.
