Inter cast marriage

Dear Sir,

One of my brother took one girl who has not attended 18 yrs & that too of intercast. Now their parents are not agreeing but we are ready for court marriage. They have lodge FIR against IPS 363 & 362. Is there any solution.

Let both complete the education. Try for amicable solution.

If the FIR has been registered, defend the case on merit.

Well morally my friends are right...no doubt...

Legally if the girl is above 16 but below 18, there is a bit of safety there for the couple.

If they get married, and the girl supports the boy then Criminal Case may go.

Listen to your mind not heart prior to taking any decision.
