You can get a court injunction, not to publish any defamatory comments on you.

if you have been acquitted in case why worry ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 02 February 2014
Yes. file a case in court asking for defamation. They will close it asap.
Once you are acquitted they have no right to put the post live in website.

How they are showing it, as judgement of the high court or otherwise?
james (Querist) 02 February 2014
Yes they are showing it as judgement but they are showing it not only in there site but also on google and yahoo search engine I request them to block it frm google ,yahoo search engine and restrict it only for there register user who need it for there work but not to those who are using to destory others life and now it is hampering my life but they are not doing it
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 03 February 2014
It is permissible for making public display of Judgement .
You have to get specific order from civil court to restrain them.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 03 February 2014
It is a permissible activity, court may have ordered specifically for not reporting of the decision in that case this could not be published.

Hi James,

Search Engines do not have anything of their own published about any individual or judgment of the court to display that on their site, as their own. If anyone posts any specific query to search some information through the search engines, their search robot go in to action to trace similar types of contents and display only the links with a bit of brief (not the material) that may contain somthing like what is requested for search. That can lead to showing of thousands of search results at a time to facilitate the searcher to click on the desired link of information he desires. Clicking on any of the links takes the person to the original site where the material is published.

So, except the court's own site, if published by the order of the court, the deletion or blocking of material can be possible only from the original private sites where judgment has been published in addition. So, only injunction to block the contents to be accessed through the search engines can work. But the order should be for all the search engines, not only Google or Yahoo, as there are more than about hundreds of search engines, through which your case can be accessed on the sites where the judgment against you is found published.

Deletion from official or private sites can not be possible without specific injunction by the competent court of law.

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. Dingra on the subject.
