How much is to be paid as court fee for defamation suit of one crore in Gujarat?. If it is to be filed in Delhi what will be court fee required?

Check with your local lawyer as the court fees differs from state to state.
In WB it is fixed court fee of Rs.100/-.

Ad valorum court fees has to be paid for filing defamation case in Delhi.
For an amount of Rs. 1 crore it will be calculated as Rs. 6248.80 for Rs. 4 lakh and Rs. 48.80 for additional Rs. 5,000/- each.
Please check it again, it is mentioned in all legal reference dairies and available on internet.
