i have rented my house since 3 year without any rent agreement and we have no rent recipt also and now my tenant is not vacating my house that is why i wanted to know about transfer of property act please help me..
1) how much time taken if i send a notice under transfer of property act i mean for judgement

Eviction of tenant is a lengthy process.However you can treat your tenant as a licensee without any rent agreement or rent receipt,but not treat as tenant or trespasser.You can send one month Legal notice to the tenant to quit and vacate for your own use,failing which you can file a Suit of Eviction of Licensee on reasonable requirement ground in Civil Court.
