Claiming share in property

Dear All,

My grandfather had died recently. He had bought a property where two of my uncles are residing. My grandfather has not executed any will before dying. My father want to claim share in grand father property. Please advise how can we claim share in this property.

since your grand father died intestate your father is one of the legal heirs of the property along with his brothers . issue notice for partition of the property . in case no reply received file suit for partition
