What is procedure to transfer the house property between two brothers for GUJARAT.
Any charge like stamp paper or registration is payable or not. Thanks

if transfer is by way of gift deed then have gift deed prepared . have it duly stamped and regd . it would attract 2%stamp duty on the market value of property

May do it through gift deed, Stamp duty payable as per applicable in state.
