Refer to the terms of the trust deed.

Solely depends on the condition of trust deed.

Patrons are merely supposed to provide patronage. In other words, patronage is the support, encouragement, privilege, or financial aid that an organization or individual bestows to another. So, no voting right to patron. Only regular trustee members are eligible to vote. However, you may like to see the byelaws of the trust, if that provides for voting right.

Refer the bye laws of the trust / provisions od trust deed.

i agree with sri dhingraji,s views.
yes your trust deed is the bible in all respects.
pl. consult same.if the same is silent, assume you have no vote as patron.

I agree with Mr. Rao's opinion on the subject. The bye-laws are to be re-visited to clarify your doubts.

Normally the patrons will not have voting rights. However if there is any specific provision in bye laws, he may be allowed.
