what is the difference between CERTIFIED COPY and Judgments,my case is accident case and disposed in lok adalath on nov 22 2013..on that day around 25 cases disposed all that mact cases judgement posted in high cort website and my judgement not added ..but difference is may Advocate applied for CERTIFIED COPY STATUS..balance 25 people Advocates not applayed for this ..i cant ask this query to my lawer ..please answer

A photocopy of a document, judgment, or record that is signed and attested to as an accurate and a complete reproduction of the original .

on payment of nominal charges you get certified copy of order passed by court

ok i agreed..but but difference is may Advocate applied for CERTIFIED COPY ..balance 25 people Advocates not applayed for this ..when we type the case no of these 25 people we can able to view the judgement but my judgement not there..in my case status it is disposed in lok adalath ..why it happen

Such orders has no applicability unless the certified copies are applied for. Copies printed for website has no admissible value.

You lawyer have done the right thing by applying for certified copy.
Other will soon apply for the same.

ok thank you .. My ADv told me in lok adalath u will get claim settlement in weeks my Case is disposed in lok adalath in November 2013.. around 3 months over still nothing happen and one more thing my adv applayed certified copie on 05/02/2014
copy Ready Date 6/02/2014 but not Delivery in bottom of that

Mr.Devajyoti Barman you are mistake me..i am tryin to settele my case faster in lok adalath .so that only i ask any way to speed up. i need to settele my case fast as possible

you ask your lawyer all queries that you may have . if certified copy is ready on 6/2/14 you r lawyer can take delivery of certified copy . have you paid your lawyer charges for obtaining certified copy ?
