hi,
my father has a house constructed in 180 ads.we are living there for lost 10 years.it has on right side my uncles house and back side my uncles flat and front has road and on left apsrtc corporation flats are there.beside my house on left side a small flat is left over after making the flats, having around 80 ads that to 28 feet long and 3 feet wide.they constructed the temple which we opposed very much.now is it possible for us to stop further construction of the temple.for construction of temple neighbors permission is necessary or not.problem is only for us because temple is beside us only so no one is opposing
please tell me the rights of owner

if building plans have been sanctioned by muncipial corporation you cannot oppose .
if it is unauthorsied you can move corporation for its demolition .

You can take a stay from court if the construction is unauthorized.

You can file writ petition in high court.
It has speedy remedy.
Another option is civil suit which can also be tried but better after writ petition.
