Lower court judge denied to accept order of high court

Dear Sir(s), kindly advice for taking justice that, provisional bail of high court in 498a made condition by high court to appear before lower court within 4week with bond Rs.10000 and mediation within 4month .further condition to pay Rs.1250pm within 20days from the date of receipt of order my advocate intimate us on 25th feb,2014 and last day was today. lower court's advocate consult with megistrate and the megistrate denied and say to take extention of time from high court then surrender. the order of high court is communicated today to the lower court and lower court denied to give bail beacuse of expiring the date of 4week from the date of order i.e 30-01-2014. kindly share your expert veiw that what to do :- sir, kindly share your expert veiw that what to do :- 1. can i file time extention petition before the high court ? 2. can i make payment of Rs. 1250/- to wife as per order of high court ? 3. petition is already filed by my high court advocate before mediation cell of high court as per order of high court. 4. can i make bond of Rs. 10000 as per instruction of high court before the lower court before taking order of time extention from high court ? i am working in a job out of state and time is required at least 7days. please suggest immediately.

1. Yes, this is called petition for relaxation of bail. 2.Yes 3.File it in high court only. 4.Do so at the time of surrendering only and that is to be done if the HC relaxes the condition be further extension of time.
