i and my family member have been charged under these act, my father and brother were sent to jail for 9 day and got bail, and my mother and sister and law and younger brother got anticipatory bail, i have been absconded and i don't want to go jail for no reason, i tried to get ab but i did not get, should i try to supreme court for my ab or what can be the consequence if i don't surrender and if i surrender, him many day will it take to get bail, as my lawyer does not want me to surrender at this time,
and what if i returned her so call strew dhan and what should be included in strew dhan,

file a quashing petition before HC and get arresting stay. after that try to settle the matter amicably.

If you don't surrender, police would proceed as per law.
Moving to supreme court may not help at this stage.
