if a person open a saving account in a nationalise bank with fake documents(voter card & driving license . bank has only xerox copy of these documents. many people deposited money in accused account to see advertisment which mentioned that accused can do treatment of all deceases but no one has seen the accused. on the behalf of a secret information police registered a case against accused.
i want to know that how much imprisonment accused deserve is under section (419,420,467,468,471,120b). is this a heinous case?? plz REPLY
