Invalid sale - maintenance

Dear experts
since I did not get answer,I repeat the question.

I had filed a case u/s 125 crpc. court ordered rs.6000 per month as maintenance. husband did not pay for two and a half years. I filed another case u/s Order 7 Rule 1 to attach his two properties. He sold all the two properties.

question 1: what can I do now? he sold all his two properties. but he sold after i filed civil suit. Can I ask court to order INVALID OF SALE or VOID OF SALE?

question 2: will court order INVALID SALE?

if no injunction order has been passed your husband could sell his properties . court wont invalidate sale . do you have details of his bank accounts ?

Agree with the expert ajay sethi ji. You can move to ask for civil imprisonment for not paying the maintenance.
