Anticipatory bail

My name is shyam. My wife filed a false police complaint (498a) against me and my family mamber and my relatives.

Now I wants to know that if FIR launch, Police will arrest us immediacy or take time 7days for Anticipatory Bali from the date of FIR launch.

if your wife has filed FIR against you immediatedly approach court and obtain Anticipatory Bail for your self and other family members .

Police can arrest you immediately without giving any time. To avoid this you better apply for anticipatory bail.
