DEAR SIR,
I have file a suit with interim injunction application.summons already be execution.Respondent has not file written statement yet. my question is below.
1. when will court decide on my interim injunction application?
2. if i have file the application of court commissioner,what will the next step of court concern to interim injunction application?
3.can we argue orally on interim injunction application? if yes, when?

basically the argument on Interim application should be ex-party on first date of hearing but if court think fit that there is a reason to hear both the parties on interim application then court may fix a date for argument on interim application.

The application of interim injunction is decided on priority subject to procedure and merit of application.
