anticipatory bail

Enforcebility of anticipatory bail obtain in a state and fir to be registered in another state!
Is there any provission in law to prevent detaintion or arrest? My married live in lady partner may perhaps file a FIR against me because i left her as this relation will not work because she is not eligible lawfully to maintain this relation?? Please advice in this context.

You may apply for Transit bail

Bail is to be obtained from a competent court in jurisdiction of which FIR was registered.

Only the concerned High Court has power of grant anticipatory bail. Few HC do grant transit bail but that is unlikely.
Better apply for AB in the court where the FIR is registered.
