Me adhyapak ke rup me bhilwara jile me school me karyarat hoo va mere pati chittorgarh jile me rahte hai aur mera ek 5 sal ka baccha hai jo ki mere
Saath hi rahta hai va use febrile seizure ki problem hai va bar bar bukhar aane par use hospital me bharti karana padta hai aur akeli rahne ke karan koi dekhbhal karne vala bhi nahi hai aur mahila hone ke karan aap meri stithi bhi samaj sakte hai.
Sarkar ne hamare transfer ke koi niyam bhi nahi banaye hai aur hamari sabhi seva sharte dusre adhyapako ke saman hai bas fark sirf transfer policy ka hai
Is stithi me aap mera margdarshan kare kya me bacche ki bimari ke ground par court me vishesh paristithio ke antargat apne transfer ke liye prarthna kar sakti hoo.

JAIPUR: The Rajasthan Cabinet on Tuesday approved a "clear and transparent" policy for transfers in the State Government's Education Department, providing for compulsory posting of new teachers in the schools run in the rural areas for five years and shifting of teachers on various grounds in an organised manner.
The teachers whose spouse or children are suffering from serious diseases will be sent to their desired place on priority

New transfer policy realesed by Rajasthan education department
Published on:02 Jun, 2013 “The new policy has also done away with the procedure of filing online applications to seek transfers. This time the teachers will have to submit the applications in the prescribed format to the office of deputy director concerned after getting these attested by their institution heads. The closing date for receiving the applications would be June 9.
The policy would cover teachers from all grades in the secondary schools and teachers from grade II and III from the primary schools.”

You should be hopeful as the state is having one woman chief minister, hope she would better understand the position of lady employees of the state.
About transfer policy well advised by the expert Kumar Doab ji.
You should continuously try through departmental and other channels.
legal steps would provide immediate relief to you is doubtful.

Goyal sir mujhe aap bataye ki women chief minister tak yah samasya kaise pahuchaye kya court isme kucch help kat sakti hai ki govt. Se uska kya stand hai iski jankari court ke samne rakhe kyoki yah sirf mere akele ki samasya nahi hai yah kitni mahila prabodhak adhayapako ki samasya hai jo apne parivar hote hue bhi unse dur rahna pad raha hai.

Doabji sir aapne jo circular ka reference diya hai voh aath sal puranahai aur vo aaj tak implement nahi hua aur isme naya kuchh bhi nahi hai aur kripya mujhe bataye ki is policy se mahila adhyapako ko kaise relief mil sakti hai
