Scope of 226, 227

(Querist) 26 March 2014 This query is : Resolved
Can a writ petition under articles 226 and 227 challenge an interim order passed in the Family Court with consent of both parties? The grounds are about lower court's lack of application of mind (how, if with consent?) and other change of circumstances after passing of order (shouldn't this have been placed before lower court first?)
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 26 March 2014
Yes but by revisional application u/a 227 of constitution which is not a writ application.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 26 March 2014
