I got my daughter married of to a boy working in USA, when she went to US , he mistreated her and made her life miserable then she came back . now his parents did not allow her to talk to them . now he has applied for divorce in Bangalore .
I'm aged & retired , what to do?

Fight the divorce suit.
Ask your daughter to file case under PWDV Act to claim host of reliefs including monthly maintenance and provision for accommodation.
For tortures she can file criminal case u/s 498A IPC as well.

approach High court / sC for transfer the case to the home town / where your daughter is staying.
File Domestic violence , maintenance, etc. cases.

if your daughter is staying with you she can make application to HC for transfer of divorce case to city wherein she is currently residing if she is staying in the same state .
other wise move SC .
your daughter can contest case on merits . seek maintenace from her husband. she can also file for RCR if she so desires . she can make application under Dv act for right to stay in matrimonal home or laternative accomodation , maintenance , compensation etc
