SIR, MY WIFE HAS FAIL CrPC 125 CASE AGAINST ME, IN WHICH COURT HAS PASSED THE INTERIM MAINTENANCE OF 2500/- PM. I HAVE FILED THE CRIMINAL REVISION ON THE ORDER OF INTERIM MAINTENANCE. I HAVE TWO QUIRIES
1 TILL THE TIME DISCISION ON RIVISION IS PENDING , I HAVE TO PAY THEINTERIM MAINTENECE
OR NOT.
2. WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO PAY THE INTERIM.
KINDLY HELP ME
3. what is the limit of time 3 month or 6 month , after that court order the recovery.

who should filed a stay application for stay the proceedings. if not filed then she can file an execution petition and if you are not able to pay then court pass an order for attachment of property or attachment of person.

If no stay has been granted on interim maintenance you have to pay. If not paid on execution, action as per law i.e attachment of property, accounts or civil imprisonment can also be taken.
