What is the scope of getting the government service ,if a selected candidate have been falsely implicated in a FIR registered prior to the selection for the government post.
1-if no charge sheet have been filed ?
2-if chargesheet have been filed ?
3- if no trial has yet started ?

please cite relevant case law.
