Dear sir...
My actual name is "Prem bahadur Sarki" as per nepal government's certificate,VOTER ID..but in india,my name is recorded as "prem bahadur" in all my education certificates,voter id,and PAN CARD....Could you please tell me ..whether an affidabit can prove that both the name belongs to the same person...i.e me....please reply..

affidavit wont suffice . full name as per government certificate should be reflected in your PAN card and other details

Get your PAN card, voter Id rectified before it adopt name change procedure i.e. affidavit, news paper publications, publication in official gazette.

thanks.....EXPERTS.....BUT MY PROBLEM IS I WANT TO GET SCHEDULE CASTE CERTIFICATE IN INDIA,AS I BELONG TO SC CASTE AS PER NEPAL GOVERNMENT..AND I HAS CERTIFICATE OF NEPAL GOVERNMENT THAT THIS BOY AND HIS FATHER BELONG TO SC CASTE..NAMED PREM BAHADUR SARKI...BUT IN INDIA MY NAME IS INVERTENTLY RECORDED AS "PREM BAHADUR" IN ALL EDUCATION CERTIFICATES...SO IN THIS CASE AFFIDABIT CAN HELP ME...PLEASE REPLY...
