My Brother FIL used to harss us when ever we come for court vist for hearing in matter of 498-A/125 CrPC/DV pending against the same Ilaqa magistrate...So we move an application under 327 Crpc debarring him to appear in court premises ..The court though dimiss our petition but gave warning to him as he speaks and shout in court itself..But we still fear from him as he is localite and we have the every apprehension that he may harm us..many time we have been stalked by his assoicates
Shll moving an application before the District Magistrate(Executive) under section 107 CrPC will going to helpful..or it will cause reverse affect?? what will happen if we move an application against him??

You can do so. Another option is to apply for transfer of the case to some other place.

sir, its impossible as all the cases are pending in the same courts as our transfer petition is dimissed by SCI..MOREOVER divorce, Guradianship petitions are allowed by SCI in response to her transfer petition..court only listens to women and will not transfer cases in favor of men
