Dear Sir/Madam,
Good Day!!!
I am into some tension when i came to know that my plot which was allotted to me in 2009 by yamuna expressway authority is in STAY.
As you might be aware of the whole instance of the yamunaexpressway authority plots, many of the plots are in high court "Stay" status.
Please advise the implications of the STAY and also the actionable, if any, required from my side.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks

Sir,
I don't have very much clarity on the reason of stay.
Below is the article came in one of the newspaper in 2013 regarding the reason of stay and relief to some of the allotees.
Also i want to add that we have already done the "AGREEMENT TO LEASE", will it help us.
Relief to property owners on withdrawal of ban on land transfer by YEIDA
Posted on September 26, 2013 by Bhavana
The withdrawal of ban on land transfer by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) was a huge relief to property owners. A circular was passed by YEIDA on 24th September allowing for land transfer, which was in 2011 been stopped by the Allahabad high court order. In 2009, the Authority had launched a scheme of 21,000 residential plots. However, after the land by row the court had imposed a stay.
According to Yamuna Expressway Authority CEO PC Gupta, “This decision has officially been circulated in all departments”. He added that there are 25,000 residential plots and a court stay exists on 12,000. While status quo will exist on the ones mired in legal proceedings, the rest of the plots can be easily transferred.
