i got a summons of section 185 IPC and 118 Kerala police act for drunken driving. the date for hajar was on 10th may.I met an advocate and he put it on leave. How many days will i get leave for payment of fine?

The fine as imposed for the offence need to be paid, ask yur advocate to pay it on your behalf in your absence, you may pay him the same along with his fee for the purpose separately.

After receiving of summon must be appear before court, if due to any reason not appear before court than try to move in proper way without delay or default.
