Release of property

my brother has equitable mortgaged his land and three storey hotel to bank. now he wants to release ground floor and first floor of the building. what is the procedure and documents required for it. can this be done?

he has to repay the bank loan . then only will title deeds be released by the bank

Can not be got released till loan repaid or Bank agree to accept alternate collateral in lieu of it.

yes i do stand with Sri Sethi and Sri Goyal , Without repay the full liability of loan you can not got released.

Fulfil the conditions of the banker and get it released as desired. Consult the banker and not with us in this regard.
