Since both the sections are matrimonial dispute in nature, on the basis of the mediation and its recommendations, such chances can be availed, this has happened in many places.

Generally such cases are also taken up hurriedly in Lok Adalats all over India without going to High Court keeping in view the compromise between the parties but those are not compounded rather statements are changed or say hostile statements of the complainant side are recorded.
