Sir it was a very minor incident ..some of us friends were getting back from a party in a bit drunk state and it was quite late ...so the policemen asked to follow to the police station...and there we explained them the situation that as it was late we could not get the cab.. we had to walk to the taxi stand to get the cab...they asked us to write an apology letter stating the same and leave the place

Sir this is all that happened ...we apologized for getting drunk and roaming late at night...yes we also said sorry if this had caused inconvience in any form ...but it was purely unintentional

The Police Personnel was a nice man and thorough gentleman.
He did not lodge you in Havalaat, did not take you to civil hospital for MLC, did not produce you before Magistrate and you were not fined by Magistrate..............
It is good to note that you have learned from the incidence and pledged to follow the advise of seniors.
With you the dignity and name of your parents and elders is also associated.

An apology letter was actually a warning issued to you by a kind police man so that you do not get trapped anywhere in the future due to your such habitual attitudes, so realize and keep away. The police will not do any harm to you on the basis of such letter. Be free.
