hello...my husband file divorce case on the basic of cruelity..i file dv act nd section 125...on jan 2014 there is dispute between me nd my husband.nd he beaten me alot..i file ncr against my husband nd my mother in law..one night my husband stay in police chowki nd next day he get released..afterthat nothing happend..wat is the law related this..wat i do.pls guide me.

now a days matrimonial cases filed by wife, so in which the SC direct to the police officer proper enquiry and arrest, otherwise file a case before the court of law.
