We have made sales to a party in delhi from bangalore and he has accepted the material and against which he has issued form C which shows he has received the material and now he claims that the outstanding payment is not due according to him. Please help us out on the judgement copies relating to such cases

Send a letter and ask how they been nullify the account without any payment made. If no reply for the same then with that you file a summery suit for recovery of airier amount
