Noc from sisters

I am staying at Matunga road mumbai. I am staying in pagadi system flat. My grand father has taken this flat around 1950. Since the death of my grandfather the landlord started giving (Since 1974)rent receipts in the name of my father. My father got expired in 1993 (Still rent receipt is in favor of my father)left me and my 2 elder sisters (Married before 1994). now my building is under redevelopment. and developer is asking from N.O.C. from my sisters. Is it necessary to get N.O.C. from my sisters?

Builder would avoid any controversy due to your family disputes, better arrange for the NOC.
