This query is : Resolved
My grand father(Mom's father)has 15 guntas of land in his village.
In that, he want to give 4 guntas to me because his sons are not looking him & am ready to pay him market value.
(That land is purchased by my grand father & it is not a gift or his parents property)
My question is
For registration
His sons signature is required or not
And please tell me the procedure registration can be made without is sons consent.
and further there should not be legal issues from uncle or from his son's
thanks in advance

Dear Srikanth,
Since the property is the self acquired property of your grand father, the signature of his sons is not at all required. Your grand father alone has got every right to dispose off the property according to his will and wish.

as per your query the above said land is owned by your grandfather, if yes. no need to any one sign, directly get from grandfather.

I agree with experts, signature of the his sons is not mandatory in the circumstances.
Contact and consult a local lawyer to render you professional service so that you can be properly advised for getting the registeration and you are not in legal problem at a later stage.

You can purchase the self acquired property, signatures of his sons are not required.

Your grandfather can sell his property to you as per his desire by executing a registered sale deed in your favor and since this property is his self acquired property, his sons' consent or attestation signature as witness to sale deed is not at all required.
