Three year ago I was fined by the court.
I was walking to my hostel and was drunk, caught by the Police and later fined by the court. Is this create problem in getting government job??

Drunken walk is not an offense. Then for what offense you have paid the fine?

Drinking in itself is no offence but doing activities which may amount to disturb peace and law and order would certainly be and it may amount to an offence involving moral turpitude,hence no reply unless charges are disclosed for which fine was imposed.

It was evening time, I was drunk and simply walking towards my hostel. I don't know what was my fault. police man just grab me and put me inside the jeep. later they took me to hospital for medical.. which was only a formality because in reality no medical was done. keval dikhawa tha ki medical k liy lae h.. Again they took me to police station where I called my seniors and they took me to hostel, before going to hostel policeman said go tomorrow to local court and pay fine at XYZ room no. I went on my own and paid the fine. now I have doubt regarding government job. Is this create problem in getting government job??
